White Paper: “Search Computing: Business Areas, Research and Socio-Economic Challenge“
The CUbRIK project participated in the "think tank" at the Media Search Cluster meeting. The Cluster, coordinated by the CHORUS+ Project aims to facilitate the exchange of information and the sharing of results among the projects pursuing research in the multimedia information retrieval and search engine domain in the D2 Networked Media Unit.

The White Paper, that was co-authored by CUbRIK (4 members if the CUbRIK consortium were involved), provides an overview of the business areas,
research challenges and socio economic aspects related to audio visual
search computing, a vision which is fully reflected by the CUbRIK strategic direction.
This White Paper was also the reference for the NEM Summit in Turin (27-29 Sept 2011) where the CUbRIK project was announced.
